We decided to stop enjoying the amazing Italian food we were getting in nearby Italian restaurants and, instead, make our own. We started with Manicotti.
Ingredients
Manicotti noodles
Ricotta cheese
Sauce of your choice
Mozzarella cheese
Boil the manicotti noodles until they're soft.
Fill the manicotti with the ricotta cheese, being careful not to rip your noodles.
Pour your sauce over the stuffed manicotti and sprinkle the mozzarella over top of that.
Preheat/bake in your oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
