Find your local Tee Ball or little league baseball teams, peewee

football, soccer, basketball, cheerleading, hockey (and
others), Boy and Girl Scouts, Awana Clubs, or dance schools
and karate schools! Kids need to stay active and these are all
great ways to do it. For team sports, there should be town or
county programs you can join, but the following websites can

be helpful -

Baseball - http://www.pony.org/home/default.asp,

Football - http://www.popwarner.com/,

Soccer - http://www.usyouthsoccer.org/national_league/

Basketball - http://yboa.org/page.php?page_id=33846

Boy ScoutsGirl Scouts,  Awana, which I've also mentioned

under Dad Tips --> Organizations, offers lots of fun games and
activities for children including weekly game time, pie in face
nights, pinewood derbies, and other activities.

As for dancing and karate, check your local listings, there's always a few per town. I offered up karate as one option for my boys, though, and Luke  said, "I don't need that, I already have awesome ninja skills."                                            ... Well, ok then.
