Fairs

Fairs are a fun local outing. You usually see people you know, whether that's good or bad ;), get great food, and ride fun rides. Sometimes, the food before the rides...not a good idea. They often have concerts, pig races, magic shows, and petting zoos to boot!

Circus

Multiple circuses roll through towns throughout the world, but Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus is probably the most well-known. Regardless of which one you go to, you'll get to see fantastic animal acts, hilarious clowns, and death-defying stunts all announced with flair and excitement by the ringmaster. Fun for the whole family.

Monster Trucks

This has been on our to do list for a while, but we waited until the boys were a bit older. Now that we've been, they loved it. We done the indoors and outdoors versions. If you do in the indoors version, I'd suggest ear plugs for the kids. The only true difference I saw between the indoor vs outdoor versions were that the outdoor had bigger tracks and so, longer races. The trucks did more tricks at the indoor one (Monster Jam). Check out http://www.monsterjam.com/ for more info.

Wrestling

Much like the monster trucks, I waited until my boys were a bit older to go to one of these.  With WWE, you have to be careful with some of the language...if not the violence! They've started watching some of the shows and love the characters and their toys, so they had a great time seeing it live in person..
