Shepherd's pie is really easy to make and was a crowd favorite in my house. Basically you throw vegetables and beef together with beef stock and spread mash potatoes over top, then bake.

I did cheat to make things a bit easier on myself and used instant potatoes on the top.
Either way, it was a big win, and my boys loved it! This will definitely go in the recipes to be made again later list.
