Eastern Europe has a lot of countries with some fairly diverse cultures. Luckily for us, those cultures translate into a lot of food choices. This week's food was strudel. While it was a great desert with pastry and apples, it was not universally loved in our house. Personally, I'm not sure what's wrong with these kids of mine, I thought the strudel tasted great!
