So, I guess this doesn't truly count as a recipe since kielbasa is just Polish sausage.
The extent of the "recipe" is adding onions and green peppers and frying it all up. However, it sure is tasty! For me, I get this yearly whenever we all go to the county fair, but my boys don't usually partake. Now that we're running through this world tour, it was time for them to try it! Luckily, they liked it. Liked. Not loved.
It's progress though.
Maybe next year, at the fair, we'll grab one for each of us.
Our main kielbasa course needed a side to go with it. For this one, we cheated! My goal was pierogis. While usually we follow a cool recipe and mix it up and try something new culinarily, we went with Mrs. T's this time. It may have not been homemade, but Mrs. T really knows her stuff. We took Mrs. T's pierogies and sauteed them in butter and added onions. The end result was great.
