Updated: Aug 21, 2019

Do you have twins (or more!) on the way?

If so, it's time to prepare!

There are a number of companies out there with great products. The best ones can help you get it together - even better, make you look like you have it together, even when you don't. Trust us, you're having multiples...you need all the help you can get!

Looking through catalogs, and shopping for baby things online, even taking a trip to Target for a few items can leave your head spinning.

+What is BPA?

+Is that made in China?

+What sizes do I really need?

It's literally a sensory minefield of epic proportions. Just when you have one decision figured out, ("We're going to start with 2 bassinets in our bedroom first before moving them to cribs") you get tripped up with a multitude of others, (What color bassinets? When do we buy the cribs? Is there a wrong type of mattress to get?).

There are so many things to purchase, and so many companies to choose from. We've helped narrow it down to the 5 companies you need to start with. You can thank us later!

BABY DOVE

Who doesn’t like to feel good and smell good? Well, the Dove Corporation has been giving us soaps and shampoos that everyone knows and loves for years. Their Baby Dove line is geared for the little ones in your home. Soaps, shampoos, and lotions all made for the sensitive skin of babies. Hypoallergenic. Moisturizing. It’s like a spa day for your baby, every day. We were especially excited to learn of their new night time lotion, a calming scent of warm milk and chamomile. It's a great addition to your multiples' bedtime routine.

FISHER PRICE

We can't even begin to tell you how cool Fisher Price is. Let's just start by reminding you that YOU played with Fisher Price toys when YOU were small. Remember that cute telephone that you could pull behind you? Yep. that's them. Playtime is essential to development, and this company hits it out of the park when it comes to learning. They also make a great line of baby gear and accessories. The Rock and Play rockers will be your best friend with newborns. Especially if they have reflux.

HELLO BELLO

Recently launched by owners Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, Hello Bello makes inexpensive baby products with all natural ingredients. The products include diapers, washing detergent, baby wipes, and more. You can go green with your diapers without breaking the bank. Even better, these plant-based baby products can be delivered directly to your door. Time saving techniques are a must for new parents!

HUMBLE-BEE

We've found that the only thing worse than big, bulky, unattractive backpacks and diaper bags are poorly made ones. That's why we're sharing that there's so much more to love at Humble-Bee. The company was founded by active and engaged parents, who truly get the needs and challenges parents face to bring the kids out of the house. From hiking on a Saturday afternoon to just running errands on a Tuesday morning, their versatile line of bags and accessories are perfect for parents of multiples on the go.

MY TWINS ARE CUTER

Everyone thinks their children are cute (all though not as cute as ours!). The only thing that could possibly bring your multiples to the highest level of cuteness are these adorable shirts and onesies from our friends at My Twins Are Cuter. A great brand started by a single Mom of twin daughters, their clothing is not only comfortable, it's twin-spiring. (yeah, we said it). They even have larger sizes so that Mom, Dad, and Grandparents can get in on the action!

Check out these companies. Study their websites. Look for their products in the store. You'll be glad you did.  And share the love- make sure to share this with other expectant parents of multiples!

Is there a company or service you think should be on the list? Let us know what it is in the comments!
