So, one hitch in the @Disney planning. #HollywoodStudios is closing #JediAcademy while we're there. This is terrible news. I see it as bad timing since we're going there during Halloween week, and it's a dress up and pretend activity! Also, though, while rides need to be closed to be worked on and repaired...this is a stage show with kids and a guy dressed as Vader. It seems like this could continue, and #Disney's relaunch to include #StarWarsRebels characters could just start on Dec 1 when they reopen, but without the closure and disappointed children between today and Dec 1st. My kids will be disappointed, but I am disappointed in Disney. Since this is just kids fighting a guy in a Vader suit...if the stage that it's usually on is being revamped, simply move the show to a new spot temporarily. At least you'd keep the kids happy!
